Description

We had a fellow on #pylons the other day who had a difficult time getting Pylons installed and operational. One of the problems was that PasteScript? requires Cheetah, which was trying to compile, but he needed to have the python-dev package installed, and he didn't know that.

(In [1452]) Updated docs to indicate ubuntu/debian users will likely need the python-dev package. Fixes #125.
