Preview button to see what the output will look like
Edit button to correct past mistakes, or update existing snippets you wrote based on feedback
These features should make snippets a bit more friendly for sharing how-to’s and recipes.

Static snippets consist primarily of fixed text that the user can choose to insert into the current document. The user is not able to specify anything else, except perhaps the cursor position relative to the newly inserted text. Static snippets are similar to simple macros.-Senior Healthcare Consultants
